All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect ordering
  • Shipping delays
  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Unexpected delivery times

The only refunds or replacements considered are for products that arrive damaged.

To request a refund due to damage:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number.
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage.

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.
